All price quotes provided via telephone (+91 9009272007 / 0771-4007433) or email (jmdtradingco.99@gmail.com) are subject to daily steel market fluctuations and are valid only for the date or duration specified on the formal quote document.
Prices quoted are exclusive or inclusive of applicable GST (18%) and transport freight charges as explicitly indicated at the time of order booking.
2. Order Placement, Payment, & Dispatch
Orders for Mild Steel Flat Bars (IS 2062 Grade E250 / IS 1730) are confirmed upon receipt of agreed advance payment or purchase order confirmation from an authorized buyer representative.
- Dispatch dates are estimated based on yard inventory status and carrier availability.
- Full balance payment must be settled prior to loading or release of transport consignment unless pre-approved credit terms apply.
3. Weight Specifications & Tolerances
All Mild Steel Flat Bar dimensions and weights listed on our weight chart adhere to standard BIS (IS 2062 / IS 1730) steel manufacturing norms.
- Actual commercial billing weight is determined by computer-certified electronic weighbridge readings at our yard or mill dispatch.
- Permissible weight and dimensional rolling tolerance of +/- 2.5% to 5% applies as per standard Indian Steel Rolling Mill practices.
4. Quality & Material Inspections
We supply prime structural Mild Steel Flat Bars tested to meet standard chemical and mechanical properties. Mill Test Certificates (MTC) are provided for commercial dispatches upon request.
Any material claims regarding physical defects, bend test results, or dimensional discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of shipment receipt at the target delivery site.
5. Shearing & Cut-to-Length Orders
Custom sheared, cut-to-length flat bars and fabricated components manufactured to customer specifications cannot be cancelled or returned once shearing operations have commenced in our warehouse yard.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mildsteelflat.com shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, transport delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical bottlenecks.
